This Policy explains how Pulse handles account, product-usage, Financial Health, AI-interaction, and related information while providing the Service.
This Privacy Policy explains how Pulse collects, uses, stores, and protects information when you use the Pulse website, application, dashboards, Financial Health tools, Investment Navigator, NaviQ, Pulse Radar, alerts, reports, demo trading, and related services (collectively, the “Service”).
Depending on the features you use, you may provide account information such as your name and email address, profile preferences, watchlists, alerts, chart settings, demo-trading activity, portfolio information, Financial Health inputs, goals, planning assumptions, support requests, and content submitted to NaviQ or other interactive tools.
We may collect technical and usage information needed to operate and secure the Service, such as device and browser information, IP address, session information, feature interactions, error logs, timestamps, authentication events, and similar diagnostic data. We may also use cookies or comparable technologies for authentication, preferences, security, analytics, and product functionality where applicable.
Pulse may retrieve market prices, economic information, news, public blockchain or trader-account information, and other data from third-party providers. This information generally concerns markets or public accounts rather than the personal information you submit to Pulse. Third-party services may have their own privacy practices and terms.
When you use NaviQ or another AI-assisted feature, the information you submit and relevant Pulse context may be processed to generate a response, perform an authorized workflow, or provide a requested analysis. Depending on the feature and your settings, context may include the active market, chart state, selected public Pulse Radar account, saved preferences, or other information needed to answer the request. Pulse provides settings and controls for certain NaviQ history and personalization features where available.
If you choose to use Financial Health, Financial Freedom, Portfolio Architect, or related planning tools, Pulse may process the financial information you enter to calculate scores, scenarios, progress, and educational guidance. Demo-trading information is kept conceptually separate from your real financial-profile information and should not be treated as a real brokerage record.

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the Service, maintain account functionality, satisfy legal or billing requirements, resolve disputes, protect security, prevent fraud, and enforce agreements. Retention periods may vary by data type and the feature involved. When information is no longer needed, it may be deleted, de-identified, or aggregated as appropriate.
Pulse uses administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards intended to protect information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, or alteration. No online service or storage system can guarantee absolute security. You are also responsible for protecting your account credentials and promptly reporting suspected unauthorized access.

Pulse is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 through the Service. If you believe a child has provided personal information to Pulse inappropriately, please contact support so the issue can be reviewed.
If you access Pulse from outside the jurisdiction where its systems or service providers operate, information may be processed in other countries. Data-protection laws may differ across jurisdictions. Where required, appropriate safeguards are used for cross-border processing.
We may update this Privacy Policy as Pulse evolves or as legal and operational requirements change. The revised version will be posted here with an updated effective date. Material changes may also be communicated through the Service when appropriate.
Privacy questions or requests can be submitted through the support, privacy, or Data Management options made available within Pulse.
